Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how PropVecto handles information on the platform. Please review it carefully.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PropVecto (the "Platform") collects, uses, and protects information when property managers and companies use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information you provide when setting up your company, such as your name, email, company details, and branding.

Data you enter into the Platform, including tenants, units, applications, maintenance requests, and payment records.

Usage and technical information, such as pages visited and device type, collected automatically to help us improve the service.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain your branded property management site, admin portal, and tenant portal.

To process payments and payouts through our payment provider.

To communicate with you about your account, features, and support requests.

4. Payment Data

Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored on the Platform. We retain records such as amounts, dates, and statuses to support billing and reporting.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Platform (such as payment processing and email delivery), and where required by law.

Content you publish on your branded site and data you share with your tenants is visible to those audiences under your control.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can access and update your company information at any time from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

8. Tenant & Applicant Data

Property managers using the Platform collect information from their tenants and rental applicants (such as contact details, application answers, and payment records). For that data, the property manager is the data controller and PropVecto acts as a service provider/processor on their behalf.

Tenants and applicants who wish to access, correct, or delete their information should contact their property manager directly. We support managers in fulfilling those requests.

9. Data Retention

We retain account and platform data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal information unless retention is required by law.

10. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA, GDPR & Similar Laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@propvecto.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
