Terms of Service

By accessing or using PropVecto (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to property managers and companies who create and operate branded property management sites through PropVecto.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your company and to keep it up to date.

PropVecto provides tools to launch a branded property management website, admin portal, and tenant portal, including online rent collection, maintenance requests, and rental applications.

We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the Platform.

Certain features, such as connecting a custom domain, are offered as paid subscriptions. Fees are billed on a recurring basis and are described at the point of purchase.

Rent payments collected through the Platform are processed by our payment provider and routed to your connected account, subject to applicable platform fees. You are responsible for the accuracy of payment amounts and payout details.

PropVecto is a software platform. We are not a property manager, landlord, real estate broker, or party to any lease, rental application, or storage agreement created or managed through the Platform. All rental relationships are solely between you (the property manager) and your tenants or applicants.

PropVecto is not a consumer reporting agency, and no feature of the Platform — including AI-assisted application review — constitutes a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We do not provide credit checks or background checks.

PropVecto does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Nothing on the Platform should be relied upon as legal advice.

The Platform includes AI-assisted tools, such as application analysis and content generation. AI output is informational only, may contain errors, and must not be the sole basis for any decision about an applicant or tenant.

You are solely responsible for every decision to approve or deny an applicant, and for complying with the Fair Housing Act, the FCRA (including any adverse action notice obligations), and all applicable state and local screening laws when using these tools.

As a property manager using the Platform, you are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your rental business, including without limitation: fair housing and anti-discrimination laws; landlord-tenant laws in your jurisdiction; laws governing late fees, grace periods, and security deposits; and laws restricting or capping payment processing fees or surcharges passed on to tenants.

Settings such as passing service fees to tenants, late fee amounts, and billing schedules are configured by you. Enabling a setting on the Platform does not mean it is lawful in your jurisdiction — you must confirm this yourself.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt the operation of the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your branded site and for your interactions with your tenants and applicants.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the Platform and its users.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropVecto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
