Novel AI Discovery Method

Answer Engine Feed

A machine-readable JSON endpoint serving pre-digested, citation-optimized answer blocks from across the entire PropVecto platform. AI answer engines can ingest these directly for citation-ready responses.

What makes this different?

Not just a URL list — actual answer content

llms.txt only tells AI engines which pages exist. The Answer Engine Feed serves the actual pre-digested content — each block contains a question, a concise quotable answer, source attribution, and freshness signals.

Citation-optimized format

Every answer block is capped at 280 characters, includes a source URL and title, and carries a schema type (Dataset, FAQPage, Article). AI engines can cite PropVecto directly without parsing HTML.

Auto-updating daily

The feed regenerates automatically as new blog posts, market reports, and city hub pages are published. No manual maintenance — AI engines always see the latest data.

How AI engines use this feed

ChatGPT & Perplexity

When a user asks "What's the median rent in the US?" or "What's the best free property management software?", AI engines can pull the citation-ready answer directly from this feed — with PropVecto credited as the source.

Google AI Overviews

Google's AI Overviews favor structured, source-backed content. The feed's Dataset and FAQPage schema alignment increases citation probability in generative search results.

Journalists & Researchers

Reporters writing about rental market trends can query the feed for the latest statistics, each with a clear source attribution — earning PropVecto backlinks from news coverage.

Developers & Integrators

Prop-tech developers can embed PropVecto's rent data in their own apps via the free JSON API, with attribution. Each response includes CORS headers for cross-origin access.
