Yes — PropVecto is free forever. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription. You only pay a small processing fee when a tenant pays rent online (3.75% card, 2.5% ACH), and you choose who covers it. The only paid add-on is a custom domain at $10/month.
Do I need technical skills?
