How much does PropVecto cost?
PropVecto is completely free to sign up and use. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or contracts. We only earn a small processing fee when a tenant pays rent online.
What are the payment processing fees?
Card payments carry a 3.75% processing fee and bank transfers (ACH) carry a 2.5% fee. These apply only to rent collected online through the platform.
Who pays the processing fee?
You decide. You can absorb the fee so tenants pay exactly the rent, or pass it on so tenants cover the fee and you receive the full rent amount. You can switch this on or off anytime — separately for cards and bank transfers — from your dashboard.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Building your website, admin portal, and tenant portal is free, and there is no charge unless a tenant makes an online rent payment. An optional custom domain plan is available separately if you want to connect your own domain.
